This program offered only in Tuckahoe is for 4-5 children. It is a 45 minute class on Wednesdays at 4:30pm. It covers Jiu Jitsu basics in a fun, playful environments.
Women friendly classes
Impact is the only academy in the area with a significant amount of women who train regularly. Tara Dixon helps guide the women in our women's class. Try a class and see why women travel from all over to train at Impact.
Fitness bootcamps
impact started the Fitness Bootcamp craze almost 12 years ago in the area. Even today our workouts are unlike any of the others. We have a full 5000 squarefoot facility dedicated to each bootcamp class. Come check it out!
